BUSINESS CASE :

Problem Statement :-

An online food bar for Guy N Gallard, a chain of restaurants based in New York. It's a web application which caters the online ordering of food items based on the location, time and date. This application contains an online dynamic Menu which gets generated based on the user selection and there by user can select based on his preferences and Order the Item mentioning the day, time and other instructions. It also has features like Daily Specials and Design your Own Meal Combo where user can design his/her Own meal combo and save it and can use the same for future Ordering. The application also features a facility of sending faxes via website to a particular location of where the Order is.

The existing Old website of the client was not up to the standards as required by the client's business moreover the functionality of the website was not so efficient and client was looking for more dynamic website where in they can have a complete control of the website using a extensive & dynamic Administration Panel from where they can control every user , every order placed & every other feature of the User End of the website.

Assistance Provided :-

In order to fulfill the above requirements, following functionalities were provided:
1. An extensive Administration Panel wherein admin can control the full website from each & every food item which display on the website including their prices , description etc. Also through the same, admin has an option to activate or deactivate Users , an option to cancel or nullify the Orders in case of any disputes etc, an option to change the User payment modes , an option to Set limits for respective accounts.
2. An Option in the User Side for dynamic generation of Guy N Gallard menu from where in User's can select based on their preferences and place an Order of their choice using different payment Modes.
3. Introduced new features for Gifts & Gift Cards where is user can send Gifts to their friends & relatives and also place an online Order using Gift Cards.
4. A feature where in every order placed on the website goes as a Fax to the location for which the Order has been placed .
